Shipping and Delivery Information
We ship all packages via US Mail as standard delivery. Priority US Mail delivery is also available upon request within the United States and Canada. Expect 10 to 15 business days for delivery on most orders to allow for custom work and out of stock items to be received before your order is shipped. We are able to ship within 5 to 10 business days in most cases.
Rush Delivery Services:
You may choose from standard or Priority delivery choices. However, some items may not be readily available for the following reasons:
Many items are not made until ordered.
Custom designs are created per request only and it may take several days for us to create your unique item.
Backorder on customer-specified materials desired to complete your unique item.
Some items may not be in stock at the time of your purchase and may require up to 5 business days to receive from our wholesalers.
In-transit components. If there are specific components that you would like to have incorporated into your hand-crafted item, please ship it expeditiously to us so that there is no further delay.
Other miscellaneous delays.
Our commitment is communication from start to finish. We will notify you if there are any issues concerning our production of your item and we will give you an estimated completion date. If we cannot meet this date we will contact you. If you have placed an order and did not receive a confirmation within 48 hours, please give us a call so that we can track your work order.

We use plain packaging and return address label from 'BL Products' to protect your privacy.Separate Packages:
In order to save you on shipping costs (splitting orders may incur additional shipping costs), we make our best attempts at packing all of your products into one package. There may be times when we must split the order due to back-orders or delays in production. We will notify you if we must split an order and additional shipping charges will apply.Shipping:
For security purposes, we must require that your "Bill to" address matches the address where your credit card statement is mailed. "Ship to" address may be different. Conflicts with the "Bill to" address may delay your package.We accept as payment:
Visa, MasterCard, PayPal through our PayPal payment processor. Money Orders and Cashier's Checks can be sent directly to us with a description of the products being ordered. All payments must be in US Funds. Money Orders and Cashier's Checks must be drawn on US Banks. PayPal payments should be sent to sales@bearleather.com.Shipping & Handling Charges:
Shipping costs are factored in to the price of each item for standard shipping and handling charges. Oversized or very heavy items will be billed by weight and you will be notified of the appropriate shipping charges before items are shipped. International sales may be billed additional shipping costs to cover postal rates to the appropriate country. Any purchases requiring additional shipping fees may be billed as an additional charge via a email request for shipping charges to cover excessive postal fees.
