Return Of New Items
Bear Mountain Products allows you to return any new and unopened merchandise within 7 days of your purchase date. You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. There will however be a 20%re-stocking. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Return Of Defective Items
We allow you to return any defective merchandise within 7 days of your purchase date. You may choose a full-credit, product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. Please include a detailed written description of the defect and how to replicate the problem. Merchandise found to be non-defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additional fees may be assessed for missing or damaged components.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or One-of-A-Kind items are only refundable if the item is defective.
Packaging Your Return
Returned merchandise must returned in the original packaging and in "new" condition for returns, or show "reasonable" wear if defective. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for shipping any return product to our warehouse. In the case that you exchange a defective product for a new product, Bear Mountain Products will provide and pay for the outbound shipping for replacement merchandise. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 14 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization.
Processing Time
Returns meeting the conditions outlined above will be processed within 5 business days following receipt. Processing may be slightly extended during peak business periods.
Shipping Information
All items domestically in the United States will be shipped by US Priority Mail, all items to Canada will be shipped via USPS Ground Delivery. Any items being shipped outside the United States or Canada will be charged a minimum of $20 shipping, but may be more based on the destination.
